Business or industry requires marketing to identify products having demand, product design and development expertise and effort to develop marketable products, operations management which produces the specified products as per market requirement, supply chain management for requires materials and services, and human resource management to recruit, train and employ people in various activities of the organization. Module 1 of the program contains the six subjects mentioned and the unit 1, introduces all the six subjects.
