Orders given by the Orders Incharge to two supervisors in charge of two sections making different product lines.
The supervisors communicate orders to operator, tool collection clerk and material collection clerk.
The collection clerks go to tool store and material store to collect.
The operator does the jobs after tools and material are given to him. The tools are returned after the job. Tools can be common between the two sections.
There is variability in tool issue, material issue and order completion time.
